• Safety & Security:

The villa is protected by an alarm system with indoor motion sensors and window sensors. One outdoor camera is monitoring the entrance and garage area. Guests are required to arm the alarm at night and whenever leaving the property. Portugal is very safe, but your peace of mind is our priority.

• Nature & Surroundings:

The property is surrounded by lush greenery, so you may occasionally see animals or insects, and they may make their way into the villa at times. Our gardener may visit during your stay to maintain the garden, and will do his best not to disturb you. If pesticides are in use, warning signs will be displayed throughout the villa complex.

• Guest Identification:

In compliance with government regulations, identification documents for all guests must be provided before check-in.

• City Tax:

Mandatory city tax of €2 per person per night (April–October) or €1 per person per night (November–March). This is charged separately.

Built in 1989, this property is a classic, traditional Algarvian townhouse located right by the beach. While it’s been kept continuously updated and renovated with modern comforts (like ceiling fans, new windows, etc.), it is an authentic coastal house with vintage charm, not a newly constructed modern build. We love its unique character, and we ask guests to embrace its authentic style and set expectations accordingly!
