VILA AZUL (3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms):

- 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor (one with two single beds and one with a queen bed, en-suite and balcony). Third bedroom on the lower ground floor, with a queen bed and private bathroom.

- Max occupancy - 7 guests, including children and infants.

VILA VERDE (4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms):

- 4 bedrooms: 3 bedrooms on the first floor (two with a queen bed, and one with two single beds). Fourth bedroom on the lower ground floor, with a queen bed and private bathroom.

- Max occupancy - 9 guests, including children and infants.

Alporchinhos is a picturesque coastal area in Porches, Lagoa, in the heart of the Algarve. Known for its golden beaches, dramatic cliffs, and hidden coves, it perfectly blends natural beauty with a peaceful atmosphere.

The Aldeamento do Levante villa complex offers direct access to the secluded Praia dos Beijinhos and is just a short walk from Praia da Cova Redonda, Nossa Senhora da Rocha, and Armação de Pêra.

This small residential area combines traditional Portuguese charm with the elegance of nearby resorts. Despite its tranquility, it’s well connected - just minutes from Porches village, famous for its pottery, and close to the vibrant coastal towns of Armação de Pêra and Carvoeiro.

The coastline is lined with ancient limestone cliffs sculpted into caves and arches, with scenic trails offering breathtaking views and hidden viewpoints. The sea is clear and calm most of the year, perfect for swimming, snorkeling, and kayaking, with lifeguards on duty during summer.

Nearby, you’ll find beach bars, small supermarkets, and excellent dining options, while larger stores and pharmacies are only 5 minutes away. Benagil Cave is a 10-minute drive, and the Algarve Wine Route passes through Lagoa. Portimão and Albufeira are both within 25 minutes by car.

• Safety & Security:

Portugal is very safe, but your peace of mind is our priority. Both vilas are protected by an alarm system with indoor motion sensors and window sensors. There are five outdoor cameras monitoring the side entrances and garage areas. It’s required to arm the alarms at night and whenever leaving the properties.

• Sustainability:

To save energy and follow sustainability principles, the air conditioning automatically switches off when windows are left open.

• Nature & Surroundings:

The properties are surrounded by amazing greenery, so you may occasionally see animals/insects, and they may make their way into the villa at times. Our gardener may visit during your stay to maintain the garden and will do his best not to disturb you. If pesticides are in use, warning signs will be displayed throughout the villa complex.

• Guest Identification:

In compliance with government regulations, identification documents for all guests must be provided before check-in.

• City Tax:

A mandatory city tax applies of 2€ per person per night (April–October) or 1€ per person per night (November–March). This is charged separately.
